Since 2012 Fenn Construction Services has specialized in Multifamily Construction. The management team has over 55 years of experience in multifamily reconstruction. At Fenn Construction Services we perform 90% of our work exclusively in house. Because our work is performed almost exclusively in house we minimize the need to work with numerous subcontractors therefore eliminating communication and scheduling problems.
This has allowed us to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with our clients by delivering high quality work and superior communication.

Seth Fenn
Seth Fenn is President of Fenn Construction Services, one of Southern California’s leading Multifamily General Contractors. With over 10 years of financial planning experience and 15 years of construction experience Seth’s background is the perfect fit for planning and executing the firms multifamily projects. In Seth’s off time he plays basketball, boating and spending time with his wife and three children.
Adam Green
Vice President of Construction
Adam Green is the Vice President of Construction and oversees all aspects of FCSI projects. With over 20 years of construction experience, construction management and painting his vast knowledge of the industry is the perfect fit to make sure every project comes in on time and on budget. In Adam’s off time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
